Sign up & create your avatar
Sign up with email and password, or use Google to start in one click.
After signing up, set your timezone and currency in Settings. All class times are auto-converted to your timezone.
Open the avatar editor from your profile menu and design your own pixel character — hair, outfit color, mat, and more.
🎨 Why make an avatar?
When you join a live class with your camera off, your avatar appears on screen instead. Other students also appear as their own avatars, so the classroom stays personal and welcoming even when no one's on camera.

Enrolling & paying
Free classes enroll instantly with one click — no payment required.
Paid classes can be added to your cart and checked out together, or paid for individually with the 'Enroll Now' button on the class page.
Prices are shown in your preferred currency for reference, but actual payment is processed in KRW (Korean Won) via Toss Payments. Exchange rates apply at the time of payment.
After payment, your enrolled classes appear under My Classes, and you'll get a reminder email 24 hours before each class starts.

Cancellation & refunds
⏱ You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class starts. After that, your instructor has already prepared, so cancellation is no longer available.
Open the class from the My Classes page and you'll see a Cancel button. Add a brief reason and the payment is refunded automatically.
Refunds are processed back to your original card via Toss Payments. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
If you miss a class without cancelling in advance, the payment is not refunded. If something urgent comes up, please message your instructor in advance.

Inside the classroom
👁 What you see
In the live room you only see your instructor and yourself on video. Other students appear as the avatars they designed — so the room stays welcoming and personal while protecting everyone's privacy. If you'd rather not turn on your camera, just leave it off — your avatar represents you instead.
The floating control bar at the bottom has these buttons:
Microphone
Toggle your mic on and off. It starts muted by default — turn it on only when you want to ask a question.
Camera
Toggle your camera on and off. When it's off your avatar appears in your tile.
Chat
Open the sidebar to message your instructor and other students. A red badge appears on the button when you have unread messages.
Subtitles (CC)
Real-time translation of your instructor's voice into your language, shown at the bottom of the screen. Useful for following classes taught in another language.
Read aloud
Reads the subtitles out loud in your chosen language. Use this when you want to focus on the movement instead of the screen.
Reactions
Float emoji reactions (❤️ 👏 🎉 etc.) up the screen to give your instructor a quick acknowledgement.
Settings
Pick which camera and microphone to use. External webcams and bluetooth headsets show up here.
When class is over, tap 'Leave' in the top right corner to exit the room.

New to yoga? — what to prepare and basic poses
If you've never done yoga before, look for classes labeled All Levels or Beginner. The instructor walks you through every step — you only need to follow along.
📋 What to prepare
- ✓ A yoga mat — a non-slip mat is best, but a thick towel or carpet works for your first class.
- ✓ Comfortable clothes — anything stretchy works. Bare feet are standard but socks are fine.
- ✓ A glass of water — keep it next to your mat for sips before and after.
- ✓ A quiet space — a 2x2m area where you can lay out a mat is enough. If possible, wait at least 2 hours after eating before practicing.
🧘 Ten basic poses
Mountain Pose (Tadasana) — stand tall with feet together, aligning your body from crown to feet. The foundation for every other pose.
Child's Pose (Balasana) — kneel and lower your torso to the mat. Return to this rest pose any time you need a break.
Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) — make an inverted V with hands and feet. Stretches your hamstrings and opens your shoulders.
Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana) — step one foot forward and open your arms wide for a strong, balanced stance.
Corpse Pose (Savasana) — lie flat on your back and let go completely. Every class ends here.
Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) — on all fours, alternate rounding and arching your spine. The classic warm-up for the whole back.
Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) — lie face down and gently press your hands into the mat to lift your chest. A soft back bend.
Tree Pose (Vrksasana) — stand on one leg with the other foot resting on your calf or inner thigh. Builds focus and balance.
Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) — lie on your back, bend your knees, and slowly lift your hips. Strengthens glutes and opens the chest.
Easy Pose (Sukhasana) — sit cross-legged with a tall spine. The everyday seat for breathing and meditation.
💡 Tips for your first class
- · Don't push through pain. If something hurts, release and rest in child's pose.
- · Keep breathing. If a pose feels hard, make it smaller — but keep breathing deeply. That's the practice.
- · Don't compare yourself to others. Yoga is time spent meeting your own body.
- · The first few classes feel awkward. Sticking with the same instructor helps you learn the flow faster.
- · Drink plenty of water afterward, and avoid intense exercise right after class.
